Hello, I am Stephanie

My award-winning wellbeing programs have enhanced wellbeing and performance leaders and their teams across organizations ranging from L’Oréal in France to the National Institutes of Health in the US.

Based in New York City, I teach practical tools and daily practices through talks, workshops, coaching, and concerts. I live what I teach, playing concerts around the globe.

Why wellbeing?

As a cellist, I performed more than 3,000 concerts on four continents while living between the US, Europe, and Asia.

The cumulative toll of this lifestyle led me to train in modalities that transformed my wellbeing and performance. I became a coach and speaker to share these tools so that others can be empowered to thrive in this high-stress world.
