Hi, I am Stephanie
As a touring cellist, I played more than 3,000 concerts on four continents while living between the US, Europe, and Asia. The impact of this intense international lifestyle led me to take action to train in techniques that transformed my health and well-being.
Now, I tour internationally as a professional cellist and coach other high-level professionals to be more resilient and perform at their best.
My clients lead pressure-filled lives. Time and attention are their most valuable resources. With this in mind, I create customized 15-minute-a-day programs that are easy to follow and help them shift into high-performance in the moment, create lasting change so that they can achieve their goals.
