My Start
I began my cello studies in group music classes in the Levittown, NY, public school system. In high school, I taught cello and played freelance gigs while attending The Juilliard School, Pre-College Division. I earned a BFA from Purchase College and an MA from Columbia University. After my classical music studies, I played cello with songwriters and bands. My career took off, and the intense travel and demands of touring took a huge physical toll on me.
To rebuild my health, I studied somatic movement, trauma healing, and fitness modalities. The benefits of this work not only healed my body, it elevated my entire well-being, transforming my cello playing technically and musically.
Now, I work with organizations to develop and deliver well-being programs. My passion is to guide people to achieve their goals in work and life with greater energy, ease, and enjoyment.
